It is the responsibility of you (passenger/customer) to review your Itinerary/Invoice and ensure that your purchase is correct and reflects your chosen travel arrangements. By your payment confirmation you (passenger/customer) acknowledge that you have reviewed the terms and conditions operator or other supplier), and accept all terms and conditions in their entirety without any modification.



It is the responsibility of the passenger/customer to ensure that they have read and understood all of the outlined Terms and Conditions before purchasing any of our offered travel services on our website.


1) Prices are quoted in CAD-Canadian Dollars unless otherwise stated. Taxes/fees/optional insurance are always in addition to the base fare. Prices are quoted PER PERSON or as indicated. Prices are per person and are usually based as double occupancy (2 to a room or unit) unless described otherwise. Children, single, triple and quad rates may also apply. Published pricing and availability are always subject to change until final payment has been received and processed.  If you have PAID IN FULL at the time of booking, the contract does not permit any price increases. Prices quoted reflect or include any applicable savings or discounts. Sell offs, sale, offers or special prices apply to new bookings only and may or may not include all applicable taxes but will be indicated as such. Fuel surcharges and any professional fees are not included.


2) Online Bookings are 100% NON REFUNDABLE, and NON CHANGEABLE. Unless specified, please verify with a travel representative for full cancellation and change details. All deposits are 100% NON REFUNDABLE. When purchasing Airfare, please ensure you read and understand all of the flight rules for the fare selected. No refund will be made for unused travel services or any portion of an unused travel service, nor is the price or value of unused travel services exchangeable for alternate travel arrangements or refund. All sales are final and are always subject to the terms and conditions of the travel supplier. In the case of a cancellation refund,travel2000.cawill charge a $50.00 CAD administrative fee to process any claim.


3) Passengers have the sole responsibility to obtain, at their own cost, all documentation required by all relevant government authorities. It is your (passenger/customer) responsibility to ensure you meet the passport, visa, health requirements of the countries you wish to visit and those in which you transit. We strongly suggest that you ensure your passport is in good physical condition as well as being valid for a period of a minimum of (6) six months from the date of arrival into that country. Canadian citizens and Non-Canadian citizens must contact their government embassy concerning specific travel documentation requirements for the countries to be visited.  Always review the spelling of your names when booking a trip. Names must be exactly as they appear in your passport or other legal travel documentation. Complete spelling of given names is required (initials are NOT acceptable).  Name corrections, of any kind, are not possible.Travel2000 Ltd/ assumes no responsibility for failure to travel because of lack of any required travel documentation.


4) ltd. highly suggests the purchase of travel insurance. This includes trip cancellation insurance, trip interruption,health insurance, flight accident, and baggage insurance. An insurance policy can protect you from the unforeseen. We offer many types of insurance and strongly recommend our passengers/customers to always travel with insurance coverage. RBC insurance options will be offered when making a reservation on Please call us directly for any additional coverage that may be required, or if you simply have a question or concern when it comes to insurance coverage. Insurance must be purchased and paid for in full at the time of booking to become fully effective. Travel2000 Ltd/ advises all passengers/customers that insurance policies have exclusions, restrictions, and limitations of coverage. The passenger/customer agrees that travel2000 ltd./ shall  not be responsible for any losses or damages suffered by the passenger/customer, travelling companions, or group members as a result of these exclusions, restrictions or limitations contained in such insurance policies.


5) The passenger/customer acknowledges that travel services purchased through ltd. are supplied by third parties. This includes Airlines, Car Rental, Hotel Chains, and Tour Operators etc. The passenger/customer must be aware and adhere to such supplier’s terms and conditions of sale.


6) All special requests i.e. = (specific room location, room bedding, seat location, special assistance, frequent flyer numbers, meal requests etc.)cannot be guaranteed by the Tour Operators or Airlines. While they will attempt to accommodate such requests, ltd. cannot be held responsible if special requests are not accommodated and fulfilled.


7) All passengers must check in 3hours prior to departure. Seats are usually allocated on a first come, first serve basis unless otherwise stated or arranged. Check in counters open at least 3 hours prior to departure and close within 1 hour from the scheduled departure time. All passengers MUST be present at the time of check in. It is always the passenger’s/customer’s responsibility to reconfirm their flight time and ensure that they arrive and check in on time. Travel2000 ltd/ will assume no responsibility for passengers that miss their flight, and unfortunately there is a 100% NON REFUNDABLE penalty for travel arrangements because of denied boarding.


8) Travel Documents (e-ticketing) will be sent out to you approximately 2-3 weeks prior to departure. In most cases, the documentation will be sent electronically (email). When you receive such documentation it is the sole responsibility of the passenger/customer to print the documentation and present them to the airline or hotel for check in. It is the passengers/customers responsibility to review such travel documents and ensure that the information stated is correct. If you require special assistance in acquiring your travel documentation, please contact us directly and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.


9) Children travelling with parents must be in possession of a valid passport with a (6) six month window of validity from the date of arrival. If the child is travelling with one parent, a consent letter for children travelling abroad is required. If the parents are divorced or separated, the letter must be notarized or prepared by legal counsel. The age at which a person is considered a child varies from Country to Country. Usually this rule will apply to children or minors under the age of 18. The same consent letter for children travelling abroad will apply when a child is travelling without either parent. (i.e. - with a relative).


10) The passenger/customer agrees to provide ltd. with Credit Card details, including credit card number, expiry dates, CVV number, billing address, name and birthdate for verification. Travel2000 ltd/ reserves the right for all passengers/customers to complete a credit card authorization form which must be fully completed and faxed to us (416)497-3543 where and when applicable. This verification must be adhered to when requested to complete the booking process. The Credit Card holder must be one of the travelling passengers and present at the time of check in. The Airline/Hotel may require this credit card to be presented at the time of check in. Passenger/customer hereby authorizes the travel supplier to charge their Credit Card for the amount stated in the Grand Total (once all fares, tax, and fees have been calculated).


11) Travel2000 ltd/ shall not be responsible for any breach of contractor or any intentional or negligent actions or omissions on part of such Principals, which may result in any loss, damage, delay, or injury to you, your travel companions or group members, or any of your personal property. The Principals liability may also be limited by law, tariffs or in terms and conditions of sale set out in tickets, vouchers, invoices, receipts, reservation itineraries, advertisements and other brochures. Travel2000 ltd/ hereby strongly advises you to carefully read and understand the terms and conditions, including the limitations of liability, set forth in such documents.

Please, take note that when you select one of these links, you are entering another Web site, We are not responsible for the pricing, privacy and security policies or the content of such Web sites. Therefore, we recommend that you examine the pricing, privacy and security statement for all third-party Web sites.


13)travel2000ltd./ shall not be held responsible for any losses or damages due to a Principal’s (Tour operator/Airline) bankruptcy, insolvency, receivership or cease of operations for any reason. These losses include, and are not limited to, unused travel services, trip cancellations, costs incurred to return from destination, and other costs associated with cancellations or delays.  We advise that non-Ontario principals, who supply travel services, are not covered by TICO (Travel Industry Compensation Fund).It is impossible for ltd. to make judgements as to the financial security and status of a Principal company. We also advise that insurance companies and policies have strict limitations under these circumstances and may not cover any loss incurred under these circumstances, if such insurance is purchased by the passenger/customer. All passengers/customers are hereby warned of the above risk and are advised to do their own due diligence when purchasing travel arrangements with any specific Airline or Tour Operator.


14)  ltd. shall not be held jointly or solely responsible for any injuries, damages, losses caused to a passenger/customer as a direct or indirect result of any terrorist activity, social or labor unrest, mechanical or constructions difficulties, diseases, local laws, climatic conditions, abnormal conditions or developments, or any other action, omission or condition beyond the control of travel2000 ltd/  


15)Departure Taxes: Some countries charge a fee to all passengers when they are departing.(returning).

In some cases it is not paid in advance, but at the local airport when checking in for the return flight. Some Tour Operators May include the local departure tax in the package or flight. It is the passenger’s/customer’s responsibility to confirm and pay the local departure tax.

This agreement and performance shall be governed by the laws of the province of Ontario, Canada. You consent and submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Toronto, Ontario, Canada, in all questions, disputes and controversies arising out of the use of this site and agreement. Please note that these terms and conditions are in addition to full terms and conditions outlined when making a booking online through this website or our booking engine, make sure you become fully familiar with these conditions at and each pertaining supplier/principal  chosen.
