Can an airliner fly higher than 41000 feet?

Can an airliner fly higher than 41000 feet? Yes, but in most cases, not above 43000 feet. The Boeing 747-SP (Special Performance) was designed to be able to fly as high as 43000 feet. The Concorde, however, was able to fly up to 60000 feet and normally did so, because of its extremely small windows and its structure.
